Shipping Information

Cresovion ships within the United States and provides free standard shipping.

Our estimated shipping timeline is:

  • Handling time: 1 - 6 business days
  • Transit time: 8 - 16 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 9 - 22 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday, and the order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-5).

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Cresovion accepts return requests within 30 days from delivery.

Approved returned items are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt. After inspection and approval, eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges are available for eligible products. Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and Cresovion charges no restocking fee.

Order cancellation is available before shipment.
