This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers located in the United States, which is the target country for all returns and exchanges processed by Cresovion. We are committed to ensuring a smooth, transparent, and supportive return experience for every customer who shops with us.

Return Eligibility

Cresovion accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items. Products must be returned in new and unused condition to qualify. We provide a generous 60-day return window, meaning you have sixty days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted for items that meet our condition requirements. You may exchange an item for the same product, a different model, or another item of equal value, depending on availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges are conducted by mail. To begin, please contact our customer service team at info@cresovion.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print. Cresovion will cover all return shipping costs, ensuring that customers do not pay any fees to send an item back.

Return Label and Shipping Costs

A downloadable return label is issued after approval. There are no costs to you, as Cresovion bears the full cost of the return label and shipping. We also do not charge any restocking fees, allowing you to return items without additional deductions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 15 days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully completed. All refunds are issued in USD. If you paid using another currency, please note that your financial institution may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees, which are outside of Cresovion’s control.
