Order Processing and Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day. Cresovion does not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays, as our fulfillment centers operate strictly on business days.

Handling Time

Once your order is received, the standard handling time is 1 to 4 business days, with fulfillment occurring exclusively from Monday to Friday. During this handling period, your order is prepared, packaged, and transferred to our shipping partners.

Transit Time

After dispatch, delivery typically requires 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Orders are transported and delivered only on business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times may vary during peak shopping seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Time

Taking both handling and transit times into account, customers can generally expect their orders to arrive within 5 to 14 business days from the date the order was placed.

Shipping Cost

Cresovion is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required, and no additional fees are added for standard delivery service.

Currency

All prices, shipping details, and transactions on our website are processed in USD. If you make a payment in another currency, your bank or payment provider may impose their own exchange rate or additional transaction fees, which fall outside Cresovion’s responsibility and control.
